What I want to know is what the “professional investment managers” are telling their retired customers to do about their retirement income? What is being said to retirees that hold these bonds? What will the federal gov do if these start to fail? Bail them out through inflation?

Just tossing this out there. I think Starbuck IS Daniel. Cavel messed with Daniel’s DNA. Starbuck has always been mannish and aggressive, and very confused. She was not on the ship when the final five were first called. That’s just me. She could be his daughter instead, she did have all the prophetic crap Hera does now, but do the cybrids have resurrection abilities? And would there have been enough time for her to really have been born? The first Cylon war ended when the Final Five came to the colonies. That was 30 years ago. They then had to create the skin jobs, and have time for Cavel to rebel, mess with the final five, then mess with Daniel and get him on Caprica and have a daughter who is in her mid to late 20s. I don’t think the time line works. There is PLENTY of time for Cavel to have made Daniel into Starbuck. IMHO.

Off topic. I just saw a commercial for the Caprica DVD. Does that mean that they’ve cancelled the series or that they’ve aired the first episode and I missed it?

I think in regards to the Roslin operia house vision that Helo and Athena will die as well as Roslin. Caprica six and Baltar will get back together and raise Hera as there own. They see the final five on the balcony above them because they are giving them there blessing as they are a Cylon and Human. This is what Ellen was talking about when she said that the only way to stop the violence between the two races was for them to be together. Hera will still have parents from both. I think this also relates to head six saying thats Hera is her and Baltars child. That might also be why the doors close on Anthena and Roslin. They will not get to see the next stage. I’m probably wrong but thats all I can think that it can mean.

Heres hoping for an awesome episode tonight!!!

Ronald Moore has hinted that we shouldnt be expected a nice happy sitcom ending. The tone of the show has grown darker – I expect the last episode to be pitch black.

I expect a mixed ending though (Much like DS9).

Galactica will go out in a blaze of glory while taking out Cavil and the colony, but a bunch of people will die.

The fleet will split up into 12 groups and find new homes with the cylons and humans living together starting a cybrid/hybrid humanity.

Some decision or indecision within the fleet will restart the cycle – resulting in another ragtag fleet reading Pythian prophecies 2000 yarn from now.

This will happen again, and again, and again – they wont be able to stop the cycle.
