Okay, this has been driving me crazy and I do not know if many will even read this post as DeadLock has already played by most Cable/Satellite providers but it has taken me this long to get through a decent sized chunk of last weeks comments. In the Comments, Many people are still referring to “The Human” versions of Ellen/Tyrol/Tigh/Anders/Tory. But Ellen and Sam both already clearly explained that they were already Cylons when they began trying to re-discover resurrection tech back on earth, (even though they didn’t specifically need it because they had evolved the ability to procreate biologically). When the Earth Holocaust happened there were nothing but highly evolved, breedable skin jobs, and centurion style Cylons. My theory is as follows. We have never seen a human being, (as we know them) on BSG. The President made the assumption that the 13th tribe was a Cylon Tribe, (implying that the other 12 tribes are human) I believe that this will end up being faulty logic. The Humans who evolved on Kobol created Kobol version cylons, The Kobol cylons turned on their creators,etc. etc. eventually Humanity became extinct through prolonged fighting and then eventually through cross breeding with the Cylons once the two made peace. By the time we see the members of the colonies, they, like the Earthlings are no longer Human. They just no longer remember this fact.
Unrelated theory, (sort of) Helen was warned of the shape of things to come by Kara after she safely arrived on earth 2000 years ago after she and her ship are sucked through a wormhole that was created either by The One True God or by the Supernova. Kara was killed and her ship burnt up not entering the Earth atmosphere or the Supernova but attempting to leave Earth during the Earth Cylon Holocaust and was either intentionally or accidentally resurrected by the newly rediscovered Cylon technology on Earth. Just my two cents.

Now that we know the Centurions believed in a “one true God,” can the first Cylon war also be seen as a religious one? The monotheistic religion of the Centurions versus the polytheistic belief in the Lords of Kobol by the Colonies.
