We were fortunate enough to catch up with Mary McDonnell one week before her appearance at DragonCon, while she was in Toronto for Fan Expo! Nat had the chance to sit down with her, on set, and chat about her thoughts on Battlestar’s Finale, Laura’s fate, Roslin Tattoos and even Caprica!

Everyone seems to have loved our interview with Mary McDonnell so much, that we decided to keep it up! So at DragonCon we managed to sit down and chat with a few more of the incredible actors that brought us some of the characters we know and love from BSG, to get a bit of insight into how they experienced the show from their perspective.

First up, Matt chatted with the beautiful and talented Kandyse McClure who played Anastasia Dualla for almost the entire run of the series… almost. So consider this your spoiler warning! From her thoughts on the growth of her character, to what she’s up to now, Kandyse gives us a great peek into what makes her, and Dee, tick!

In keeping with our apparent theme of beloved characters who die in the back-10 of the final season, Nat had the chance to chat with Michael Trucco, the actor behind Samuel T. Anders, the resistance-fighter-turned-cylon (or would he really be the cylon-turned-resistance-fighter?). He tells us his thoughts on the finale, working with Katee, playing injured in a tub of goo, and what’s next for him in his acting career.

Thanks to the miracle of DragonCon, Nat had the chance to sit down with Alessandro Juliani, the multi-talented Canadian actor behind her favourite character, Lt. Felix Gaeta. Find out what he had to say about the finale (SPOILER WARNINGS!), the mutiny arc and get a glimpse into the mystique of the man… the MAN-stique.

Matt gets the chance to chat with the actor behind Galactica’s X.O. Colonel Saul Tigh, Michael Hogan. He talks about being Canadian, his acting career, attending conventions and how much he wants to win the cPanel Flat Panel HDTV we’re giving away! For a character that’s so angry and bitter, the actor sure is a delightful dude! But then again, he DOES live in Canada, so being in Los Angeles in the middle of January puts a smile on any of our faces… even Saul Tigh’s!
