This is it… let the sobs of joy and sadness begin. Our beloved show has come to an end in a two-hour TV event that none of us are soon to forget. And how did it end? With a bang or with a whimper? Let’s start discussing it!

We had a great time at the Sports Centre Cafe downtown Toronto, and shot an immediate LIVE BSGcast, post-episode, to get some fresh reactions from Melissa TheTelevixen, Rambling Russel Hale, Tamika, Tim and Steve ‘Snowball’ Saylor!

We were in Austin for South by Southwest and got to watch Part 1 of Daybreak at the Alamo Drafthouse! We managed to shoot in the lobby of the Hilton across from SXSW and got some great theories from fans like us after this doozy of an episode! It was simultaneously esoteric and tense and after this one, Daybreak Part 2 is shaping up to be one hell of knock-down drag-out battle from front to back!

Word Salad. No other term quite sums up this exposition-heavy BEAST of an episode. With many long-standing questions answered and a few more posed, Ellen’s return and Anders’ brain-bullet managed to cause a virtual deluge of mythos from the origin and travels of the final five to the end of the first cylon war, the source of resurrection technology and skin jobs… the list goes on. Needless to say, if you’ve not seen the episode yet, GO WATCH IT!

We had an awesome time in San Francisco at a random BSG/Dollhouse viewing in Presidio with Autumn from the Pasadena Auction/Frak-Party and her AMAZING group of fellow BSG fans. We even got to make Battlestar Cookie Characters. Big win. Thanks SO MUCH for embracing these two Toronto Nomads into your Friday night festivities!

WOW! What an incredible Frak-Party! Today is the THE day!! The BSGcast LIVE Frak-Party on January 16-17 is not only happening at the same place as the PROPWORX Battlestar Galactica Prop Auction, but now we’ve got special exclusive PREVIEW access to the auction items on Friday before the bidding even begins! That means everyone who makes it out to Pasadena for the Frak Party on Friday January 16th will get to spend the afternoon up-close and personal with costumes, set pieces, and even full-size props like Apollo’s Viper! And we’ll have access to the Propworx auction ALL WEEKEND LONG! How bad-ass is that?

On top of our exclusive preview of the items on Friday, we’ll have the heads of departments like costume and props attending our Official Cast and Crew Premiere Screening on January 16th, as well as our Q&A sessions and soirees all weekend, so you can pick their brains for colourful anecdotes, get autographs and take lots of pictures!

As of now, we’ve got our Vegas Alumni Luciana Carro and Dr. Kevin Grazier confirmed for January 16th+17, as well as the one and only Richard Hatch! We’re also still chatting with Michael Hogan, Tricia Helfer, Tahmoh Penikett and Kandyse McClure’s people to get them there too… it IS L.A. afterall, and they’re usually right there!
