On top of our exclusive preview of the items on Friday, we’ll have the heads of departments like costume and props attending our Official Cast and Crew Premiere Screening on January 16th, as well as our Q&A sessions and soirees all weekend, so you can pick their brains for colourful anecdotes, get autographs and take lots of pictures!
As of now, we’ve got our Vegas Alumni Luciana Carro and Dr. Kevin Grazier confirmed for January 16th+17, as well as the one and only Richard Hatch! We’re also still chatting with Tricia, Tahmoh and Kandyse’s people to get them there too… it IS L.A. afterall, and they’re usually right there! Just like in Vegas, we’ll be running silent auctions with proceeds going toward our special guests’ favourite charities!

I would love to have it in LA – Vegas is alright, but Hollywood is a land of magic and the home of TV and movies – I’d love to have an excuse to be there! Frak yeah!
October 21st, 2008 at 1:14 pm
Vegas was fun, but we lost a lot of people because of location I think. Might be worth having it somewhere central. St. Louis, Dallas, or Chicago. Though LA really sounds fun too. Damnit. Now you have me all mixed up. LA is fine. I am SO flying this time though. That drive to Vegas sucked last time.
Yeah, LA is fine. I will be there wherever you guys put it. Just keep it somewhat close to an airport. Cabs are getting pricey these days…
October 21st, 2008 at 6:05 pm
L.A. or bust – I know a bunch of people that will be there!!!!! L.A. BABY!!!!!
October 21st, 2008 at 6:13 pm
AUSTIN, TX!!!
Austin is known for being a cool, albeit wierd city already. I know there are tons of BSG fans in TX and the austin area. I would help you advertise and Austin and just an amazing city to have stuff like this in. Why do you think we have so many music and movie festivals. This place is amazing!!!
ATX!!! Frak Party 09!!!
October 21st, 2008 at 7:36 pm
I second Austin. It’s close enough for me to drive to and it will be nice in March.
October 21st, 2008 at 9:06 pm
Oh, Man, Austin would be SWEET!! or St. Louis, or anywhere central… If I can’t get to the big one, I will have to have a Frak party of my own!
October 21st, 2008 at 9:48 pm
I have got to throw my hat in for Austin as well. The only place to have the Frak party in Austin has to be at the Alamo Drafthouse. It always sells out when they show new episodes. CHIPS AND QUESO with BSG!!! Best combo…ever. Whichever the choice, I will attempt to make the party this time.
October 22nd, 2008 at 12:21 am
Why not L.A. or Florida? Both have properties of MCA/Universal. (Hey Matt, Nat, BTW, I know its been a month has past since I got it {been kinda busy that I forgot to mention it until now}, but I figured I’d let you two know I got my Alienware T-Shirt. It’s great. And thanks again for picking me for “Fan of the Week”. You guys frakkin’ rock!)
October 22nd, 2008 at 12:47 am
I’d love it if it was East Coast…but who the hell am I kidding? I’ll go wherever it is! I may just have something special to contribute…meeting Richard Hatch as well as ANY BSG actor would rule! I’m in…
October 22nd, 2008 at 2:51 am
Ok I know I’m biased but I think Vancouver is the best place to have the frakk party. I know it’s not the warmest city in the world lolbut BSG is filmed here, half the actors live here… and I live here!!! But if you wanna go all hollywood then go to LA then… I’ll try not to be offended.
haha
October 22nd, 2008 at 12:21 pm
I believe that you should have it in Manhattan…NYC.
Isn’t that where they landed?
October 22nd, 2008 at 1:00 pm
Actually, Austin sounds pretty good to me too. Though as I said before, I will go anywhere pretty much. Just as long as it is close to an airport. I am SO not driving this time. I just want Austin so that I can fly up to Dallas after for a visit. haha
October 22nd, 2008 at 1:52 pm
East coast canada! nothing cool like this ever happens on the east coast
October 22nd, 2008 at 4:37 pm
LA doesn’t work for me if I will be able to get out by then. I just hate that city. LOL I still say do it in Charleston, Savannah, or Myrtle Beach. All three are great places and 2 of them are on the top 10 places to visit in the US list put out by the travel channel.
Either way if I can’t get there I want to see the video.
October 22nd, 2008 at 9:55 pm
Looks like there is 5-6 Austin votes so far. And I hear the Alamo Drafthouse is a cool place to watch a movie.
JJ – I did not know Alamo Drafthouse played BSG there. That’s great. I’ll have to check to see if one of the Alamo Drafthouses here in Houston plays BSG too. I know they show Lost and Heroes. It might be more fun to watch the last ten with a theater full of BSG fans vs. at home.
October 22nd, 2008 at 11:06 pm
I concur with doing it in LA.
Though honestly, I thought the frak party we were talking about was gonna be for the Finale. Will we be having another Frak party in March then?
Either way, I am flying to wherever it is
LA would be my top choice also, as its Hollywood after all, the center of all TV.
Though I admit a close second choice would be Vancouver, the home of Battlestar!
I dont think having it in the middle or east coasts matters, whether it is a 2 hour flight or a 5 hour flight…how much does it matter
October 23rd, 2008 at 7:54 am
I think you should have the party at my house, I got chips & dips
October 23rd, 2008 at 9:33 am
I would prefer L.A. or Vancouver. However, Vegas trips and hotels are on sale until November 16 on Expedia.ca for us Canadians:
http://www.expedia.ca/daily/enc4105/promos/vacations/las-vegas-deals/default.asp
October 23rd, 2008 at 9:39 am
I say Vancouver (I’m near Ottawa BTW).
I am getting sad about it being all over!!!!!!!!!!! At least when a Trek series ended, there was another one coming or a movie coming…but let’s hope Caprica is a go. Then again, RDM and DE will be doing something interesting again in their careers for us all to look forward to, even if Caprica doesn’t go.
However, there will never be another BSG.
Tootie
October 23rd, 2008 at 7:36 pm
I wish the sets were still up and perhaps we could have convined somhow to have the Frak Party be in the BSG sets. After all they are tearing htem down, why would they care?
Bah, let me dream ok?
Perhaps if we were in Vancouver we could visit “Caprica City”, the pool/garden area where Roslin put her feet in
October 23rd, 2008 at 9:51 pm
I think someplace in the midwest would be great. St. Louis has my vote! I’ve priced trips out to LA before and they were just too expensive! I’ve been to Vegas once before… I could stomach another trip out there if I needed to.
October 23rd, 2008 at 10:55 pm
Montreal would be totally awesome! Bars don’t close ’till 3 am in Montreal. Plus, one episode of the original series was filmed in Montreal (ep. 17 “Greatings from Earth” at Terre des hommes, St. Helen’s Island). Bet not a lot of you knew that. I know because I’m from Montreal. I’ve been to “Terre des hommes” many times. Gods, people back then were really bad at predicting what the future would look like (cos’ the whole thing was supposed to represent what the future would be like). In some ways, architecturally speaking, I’m glad they got it wrong… It’s awful, trust me.
October 24th, 2008 at 1:24 pm
L.A.! L.A.! L.A.! Totally!!!!
Matt & Nat, I remember asking you both about doing this here at the Cinerama Dome here in L.A. where they had a special showing of the “last” episode before the Season 4 break. I heard it was a huge hit! It was a media event, but a ton of fans were let in for the screening, since that’s a GRRRREAT place for ANY viewing!!! HUGE screen, incredible digitial sound, lots of seats! Come on! What more could you want?! And….it’s in L.A. which will guarantee that lots of BSG cast members show up. Montreal, Austin, blah, blah, blah, blah…let’s face it people, Los Angeles /Hollywood is the entertainment capital of the planet!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have it here in L.A.!!! It’s really a no brainer, folks.
October 24th, 2008 at 1:34 pm
Oh! I was remiss in mentioning that a few notable BSG cast members DID show up for that screening! Katee Sackhoff, Tricia Helfer, Mary McDonnell and RDM were all present and there was a lengthy Q&A afterwards! Celebs are ALWAYS in the L.A. area, so a screening here would just make it that much more convenient for them. Come on you guys, it just makes more sense to have it in Los Angeles!
Matt & Nat, I think more info on the Battlestar SITREP site might have some more info on that Cineramadome event earlier this year.
They posted pics and vids of it which was very informative.
I trust you guys! I KNOW you could pull this off. SO SAY WE ALL!!!!!!!!
October 24th, 2008 at 4:13 pm
Logically, it should be in either LA or NYC, since those are the two big entertainment hubs in the US. I don’t know much about LA, but NYC is open 24-7. You can enjoy a nice pizza or deli food at 3am.
October 24th, 2008 at 4:56 pm
Yeah, NYC ROCKS! I was born there, so I totally agree with the 24-7 thing. Only thing is, I live in the L.A. area now so I can’t help but be partial toward the west coast. Well, at least when it comes to convincing Matt & Nat where to have a viewing of the last ep of BSG!!
Honestly, the Cineramadome or any of the Arclight Theatres in L.A. are absolutely FAB places to watch a movie. ;D

October 26th, 2008 at 10:54 pm
Are we having a Frak Party for the Finale also? That’s what I am assuming, because a Finale Frak Party would make more sense than a Premiere one, because we would have a LOT more material to discuss and it would be a more significant event , as the entire series would come to a close. We would have not only the Finale to discuss and watch…which in of itself would be MUCH more exciting than “Sometimes a Great Notion” , not to mention all of Season 4.5 to talk about.
So if it is just one Frak Party, I would say the Finale would be best. Though of course having 2 Frak Parties is even better, just a bit harsher on the wallets
October 27th, 2008 at 9:41 am
Hey Adalla! Considering that there are likely to be some HUGE finale Frak-Parties, and the actors will likely have engagements to attend other, larger, more industry-oriented parties for that day, we figured a premiere party made the most sense for a good cast and crew turn-out like last time!
~Matt
October 27th, 2008 at 10:00 pm
Ahh…I see the reasoning now. Had not thought about that. It would be hard to get the cast to come on that weekend of the Finale, and doing it say the next weekend, we’d probably lose the cast as they’d move on to other things.
Well, perhaps we can have a Fans-only Finale Frak Party
But for now, lets focus on the Premiere then
October 28th, 2008 at 9:13 am
Love you guys. Miss you.
How about Philadelphia?
I could even make to New York?
Or Duel Parties one in the West and one in the East with one of you at each.
We could set up tele-conferencing or Satellite to communicate during the evening.
October 28th, 2008 at 3:39 pm
kind of on a tangent here but i’ve been rewatching the Millennium tv series and have been noticing a lot of BSG cast members on a few episodes like Col Tigh, Doc Cottle, the guy who played Adm Caine’s XO and the guy who was the asshole CAG on the Pegasus. i’m excited at the prospect of more BSG members showing up. also noticed the Bear McCreary and Kendra Shawn BSG connection with the Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles
October 29th, 2008 at 10:41 pm
My vote was for Austin but for those of you pushing LA, the BSG props auction is down the road in Pasadena, CA on January 16th – 18th. I don’t know if any of the stars may be in LA for that – but it might be a good selling point to get them to come in. Plus you can see (and buy) the full size ships and a lot of cool stuff used on the show. http://www.battlestarprops.com
How about having the premier in LA and the finale in Austin?
October 30th, 2008 at 5:08 pm
LA or Vegas works for me. Can’t wait.
October 31st, 2008 at 4:32 pm
NY…Please..Please…Please
November 2nd, 2008 at 2:48 pm
I keep hearing California, New York, and Texas. What about Atlanta, Georgia? It is a large city and has a large following of BSG from Dragon*Con.
November 2nd, 2008 at 7:00 pm
Oooh, exciting news. I’m sure you guys will throw yet another wonderful party! And whether it’ll take place in Austin, Vancouver or LA, I’m sure you’re gonna make us Europeans jealous once again.
Btw, I hate to bother you with this again, but is there any chance we’ll ever get to see the Q&A with last time’s special guests? That would be so cool. But if not, that’s okay, too, of course. Just wondering.
Keep up the good head!work
November 2nd, 2008 at 8:34 pm
LA WOULD BE PERFECT!!
November 2nd, 2008 at 10:42 pm
AUSTIN! AUSTIN! AUSTIN! For all the reasons already mentioned.
November 3rd, 2008 at 12:06 am
I’m down for Left Coast, and Lost Angels is always a good party.
We have lots of good food, good weather and probably a better chance of getting some names to come?
November 3rd, 2008 at 12:37 am
Denver baby. Nice in the spring with a bit of a chill at night, but you would have the advantage of having the resources of the CDF’s largest chapter, Battlestar Stormbringer, to help with whatever setup needs to be done. Out of our 230 members, we have about 110 who live local and would turn out for this, most in costume.
Peace,

November 12th, 2008 at 9:10 pm
Okay guys…where are we going? LOL! Gotta have a good early shot at cheap plane tickets ya know…LOL!
November 13th, 2008 at 6:42 pm
In case you have not seen this – no weekly webisodes per se.
From Futon Critic:
As previously announced, “Battlestar Galactica” will begin its swan song on Friday, January 16 at 10:00/9:00c. Also keep an eye out for “BSG: Essential Elements,” a half-hour special on Sunday, January 11 at 11:00/10:00c. And if that wasn’t enough “Galactica,” it’s understood the latest wave of webisodes for the series will be broadcast during the network’s January 15 presentation of “Pitch Black.”
Wouldn’t have been better to have a webisode a week to build excitement and buzz with the fans before the series airs. And to then to make you sit through a Vin Diesel movie no less. I hope scifi changes their mind on this one.
November 13th, 2008 at 9:57 pm
Hey gang! It’s looking like L.A. is the winner… better access to our beloved Battlestar cast and crew as well as some decent weather in January! We’ll have a venue picked out in the next week or two, so feel free to book your tickets to LAX guys! We have
~Matt
P.S. We’re not going to have a BSGcast.com Finale Party, just this back-10 premiere party, so if you want to come to the last BSGcast LIVE Frak-Party, this is the one!
November 13th, 2008 at 10:46 pm
Whoo hoo! Cali here I come!
November 15th, 2008 at 1:36 am
Matt – A huh like you guys were ever going to choose anywhere but LA. I knew it!!!!!! *cries* Nooooo
To be honest i can’t blame you. A rainy dark gloomy misty city (the sun goes down at 4pm in the winter) is no place for the last frak party.
Have fun everyone!
November 15th, 2008 at 10:43 am
LA is a good choice. I won’t be able to go… but at least it will be a good party and I will watch it on the BSGcast.
November 15th, 2008 at 6:54 pm
“A rainy dark gloomy misty city (the sun goes down at 4pm in the winter” Where is this paradise you describe Kristy??
Have you all seen this ad for BSG:The Board game? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0elLcYrPq0
Looks interesting. It sort of sounds like a type of “Clue”. If I do get it and play it with my friends, I am totally going to blast the soundtracks from each season to keep the mood going.
November 18th, 2008 at 2:40 pm
JJ- I’m describing the paradise of Vancouver… the city I live in LOL. I can see why they chose to film a post apocalyptic drama here haha
November 18th, 2008 at 2:51 pm
I love Vancouver, it’s one of my favorite cities. I envy you, Kirsty.
November 19th, 2008 at 1:48 pm
OH!! OH!! OH!! OH!! I wanna go
How do we get tickets?? or get our name on the list???
November 20th, 2008 at 12:40 pm
I AM THERE! BRING ON THE FRAK!
November 20th, 2008 at 5:03 pm
Well, Vancouver sounds awesome. I grew up in a city where it was 96-102F almost every day, no clouds in sight and rained like 5 times a year. It was Hell on earth!!
I am so going to the Frak party…if I can rearrange my schedule a bit.
November 22nd, 2008 at 1:36 pm
There is a new promo for BSG up now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXqx0YpMY14 It is only 10 seconds, but its all we got right now.
November 23rd, 2008 at 1:17 pm
Minute and a half Space promo for season 4.5 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdsfpeNURHU
November 23rd, 2008 at 9:53 pm
These promos are by far the best thing that I’ve seen in the past few months. Damn! January better come faster, because I need my BsG fix and soon.
November 24th, 2008 at 6:14 pm
I second that Mario (I will spend Xmas holidays rewatching Seasons 1-3 and then 4.5 in Jan.)
AHHHHHHHHHHH!
November 25th, 2008 at 4:46 pm
Is that Adama about to get airlocked at the end? Interesting.
November 25th, 2008 at 7:19 pm
Finale party? Who would want to celebrate? That would be a depressing party, especially if these last few episodes are as heartbreaking as Olmos hinted they are. I like it when BSG is dark, because its darkest moments always have a purpose. It’s never been dark just for the hell of it. At the same time, I don’t want to see anyone die!! Except maybe Doral. Or if their death scene is cool. Cally’s death was kind of cool, but her frozen face and eyes at the end were just horrid. Horrid. I actually felt bad fpr her despite her husband-beating, attempted-baby-murdering, blackmailing-Baltar-after-he-saves-her-life ways.
I hope SciFi’s a bit more on the ball with their getting the episodes online right away. Because I’m going to be far too antsy to wait this time around. The wait for the Hub nearly killed me.
November 26th, 2008 at 6:42 am
What did people think of the new Epic Journey promo that Sci-fi have released, I thought it was a good way to build anticipation without giving too much away

November 26th, 2008 at 8:06 am
I’m so there!
November 27th, 2008 at 3:55 pm
ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER!
I suggest the Anaheim convention center for the frak party. It’s well equipped, lots of hotels nearby and just a few blocks from the Disneyland resort.
http://www.anaheimconventioncenter.com
Max
November 27th, 2008 at 4:43 pm
What are your thoughts on doing it at the Pasadena convention center? The BSG prop auction is happening there that weekend!!
~Matt
November 28th, 2008 at 1:27 am
Cool, Pasadena. I use to go to college in that area. I’m in!
November 28th, 2008 at 6:11 am
The Anaheim Convention Center is HUGE! Right next door to Disneyland though so it may be super tough to get time and/or space there. Then again, the Hilton is right next door so, hmmmm it might be nice!
November 28th, 2008 at 6:25 am
The CDF will be there for sure in force. Anything you need from us, please let me know
November 28th, 2008 at 10:52 am
Now, if only you could get Bear and his group of dangerous musicians to perform…
November 28th, 2008 at 2:39 pm
Hello all!!

See how they tease us so. like a cat playing with a mouse!!

I know this is totally impractical but what about the California Science Center, they rent out spaces for events and have an IMAX screen (dream a little).

November 28th, 2008 at 6:59 pm
YEEEESSSSSSSSSS!!!! I had a gut feeling that L.A. would win out! I can’t help but be all smiles, you guys!!
Thanks, Matt & Nat!! And yes, we’ve got AWESOME weather out here in January. I won’t need to fly, I just need to drive to wherever you guys decide to have the premiere party. Pasadena is a good choice, but think you could pull some strings for a viewing at the Cineramadome or one of the Arclight Theatres which is right next door to the Dome in L.A.? If not, that’s cool. I KNOW you guys will find the perfect place. I’m just still SO totally stoked that you guys decided on having the premiere party in SoCal.
I will be looking ever forward to hearing more details as the weeks go by. And I’ve met Richard Hatch a couple times at Comic Con and he’s such a really nice guy. Can’t wait to chat with him again. If you guys are able to get Tricia Helfer and some others to come that would simply ROCK! Oh, and I’m looking forward to FINALLY meeting the two of you, of course!
Can’t wait to GEEK OUT with other BSG fans! SO SAY WE ALL!!!!
November 28th, 2008 at 7:05 pm
Matt & Nat,
Whoops, my bad. I just now read some of the above comments.
Yeah, actually the Pasadena Convention Center sounds great. I used to live in that area and trust me, it’s got everything. Very people-friendly. Lots of trendy eateries to choose from and tons of other stuff to do and see, especially if you’re flying in from far away and want to hang out and do that “tourist” thing and stuff. Yes, Pasadena sounds perfect!
November 30th, 2008 at 10:19 am
JJ- Thanks for the link to the “you will know the truth site” I would have preferred weekly webisodes but at least they put ups something to tie us over. The last pictures of a baby has especially piqued my interest. Check it out if you have not already.
November 30th, 2008 at 9:26 pm
OMG ok I know this has nothing to do with the current conversation and I’m not trying to start another dreaded who is the 5th cylon thread buuuuut. I just saw the commercial for the last half of season for and there were clips of Adama with a blindfold on tied up in the airlock and tigh holding a gun to his head. WTF!!!!! Did they just rat themselves out with this commercial or have I been duped by RDM AGAIN!
November 30th, 2008 at 9:56 pm
Most likely, you’ve been duped. Or maybe he wants us to assume so…
December 1st, 2008 at 3:36 pm
KIRSTY– I also saw the online trailer for the next 10 episodes and it looks like it’s going to be a serious mind frak. I’ve read some comments posted on scifi.com and a few people are continuing to state that William Adama is a Cylon. I’ve also read people comment that EVERYONE is a Cylon and that the humans were wiped out years prior. All interesting theories. All I know is, I think we will all be shocked and surprised by what RDM has brilliantly written. I just hope the overall resolution isn’t disappointing. Here’s hoping…
December 1st, 2008 at 4:08 pm
One more thing: Anybody read lips?
When viewing one of the video “clues” on the “you will know the truth” site, the clue with Lee Adama addressing the Qurom, it looks like Lee mouths the name, “Doc Cottle” as being the 5th Cylon. Any thoughts?
December 1st, 2008 at 5:25 pm
TRON82- I thought it read something along the lines that they don’t know. However, I’ve been thinking Doc Cottle for a year now; on top of that, what if he always knew. That’d be creepy. On New Caprica he did “work” for both sides, saving lives.
Looking at the clues: At the press release with Lee Adama, you can clearly hear reporters ask: “What are you hiding?” “How can you not know?” “Why are you hiding the truth?” However, after they go to the back room Lee asks, “How can I have said that?” Does that mean they know?
“You have heard my voice countless times, yet you do not know my name.” Riddles. Riddles. Riddles. The only thing I can come up with for this, and I admit this is the biggest stretch in the history of stretches and I don’t believe it myself, but I’m so confused I feel urged to think so far out of the box: Galactica. The ship itself. They have heard the creaks and damages of the ship so many times. Yet, do they really know it? Again, let me repeat: I do not believe it, it’s so out there; I don’t know what else to say about this riddle. It is so confusing. Hell, most theories are wrong because there only one right one, and we all on this website may be wrong.
The hybrid clue: I rather not type it here, you can read it at the site. Okay: The five are different. What if they have to be born by cylons to resurrect? The full cylon baby could be the one reaching towards the light at the high-tide of civil war, shown in the trailer with Zarek versus our favorites. On the wings of an angel…Head Six has repeatedly said she was an angel. Caprica Six is her physical counterpart, as she as the opera house dream too, so this possibility is great, skipping my poor Galactica theory.
Audio clue: Leoben asking Kara for a meaning to something? Isn’t it always the other way around? Kara and Leoben connection. We know Kara and Lee belong together. What is Leoben? Friend? Brother-sister? And I mean that half…who’s her father? Leoben? Vague clue here.
Cylon picture: See Hybrid Clue. It seems like that baby will have a major role.
Those are my thoughts. What do you think on these? I don’t really say who I think it is, but I’ll wait for more clues, as there is one tomorrow.
December 1st, 2008 at 8:08 pm
MARIO– Don’t be too hard on yourself for coming up with “out there” scenarios.
Everything you suggested could indeed be probable. I mean, it seems like ANYTHING is possible at this point. RDM is an incredible writer, but I seriously hope he doesn’t mess with our minds too much or insult our intelligence. I doubt the latter will happen, but I’m just saying.
So you’ve thought Doc Cottle was the 5th for quite some time now, huh? Yeah, it actually wouldn’t surprise me if he is since all of the other Cylons have been in high-ranking or at least “placed” in very important positions. Makes total sense. Especially like you mentioned, “he did work for both sides, saving lives.” It’d be hard to totally rule him out, considering everything.
And yes, I am VERY curious as to the relationship between Kara and Leoben myself. What’s up with that?! Are the two of them going to turn out to have some intrinsic connection–like you stated, could he be in the role of a Father? Lover? Brother? Or even Child? Hmm… The two of them DO have something going on that HAS to be explained that’s for sure! We all know that Kara Thrace is extremely important in this whole thing, so it will be very interesting to see what her character’s denouement will finally be.
Doc Cottle is a definite possibility for the 5th, but I’m still leaning towards either Kendra Shaw (from “Razor”) or Zak Adama. As far as Kendra being the 5th, I know that’s “out there” a little, but I just can’t see WHY they would introduce her character without it having some further impact to the show. And remember when that old hybrid told her that he had been watching her her whole life? What the heck was that supposed to mean? Why did that particular episode revolve solely around her? What would be the purpose unless RDM and the other writers are trying to tell us something?
As far as Zak Adama being the 5th, I just think it makes sense since everything would kind of come around full circle. William Adama gets his son back. And it would indeed explain WHY Leoben early on said that “Adama is a cylon”. Only thing that puts a huge wrench in that theory is the love between Kara and Lee. Zak would kinda screw that up if he came back. I don’t know. I’m just tossing stuff out there.
I can’t wait to see what tomorrow’s next “clue” will be.

Second of today’s clue: Last Supper Picture….minus Roslin….she’s going to die
.
First of today’s clue: Video of Baltar talking to Six (Head? Caprica? Angel? I don’t know). Is Baltar part god or something.

Whoa! That Last Supper picture is indeed a major clue! Roslin isn’t there which of course suggests she doesn’t make it. I wonder how many episodes into the final season we see her still alive? Well, she is in fact “the DYING leader”. Guess now that word will finally become “past tense”. EJO did state at a Con a few months back that quite a few major characters are going to die.
The Baltar clue is very intriguing, albeit shrouded in all too familiar ambiguity. We know his role in all of this is also very pivotal, but part god? Hmm….Can’t wait to see how his character’s story unfolds as well.

Oooookayyyy……. Just saw another teaser trailer on scifi.com called “The Truth” and I watched the other trailer entitled “The Epic Journey” that was posted and oh my goodness they are SERIOUSLY frakking with our minds!! No way are they “hinting” to us that William Adama is the 5th???!! Listen to what he says in BOTH trailers. His voiceover on “The Truth” trailer says, “I remember…I remember everything” and then on “The Epic Journey” trailer he tells someone, “I will not betray my beliefs”. Duuude. I know I’m reaching a little with this one, but the way they have edited these two trailers is a mind frak. Plain and simple. Gaahd. I am REALLY salivating for Jan. 16th! How many weeks is that…let’s see..about 6? Dang.

Whoops. Sorry. BOTH of Adama’s quotes are in “The Truth” trailer. My bad. See what I mean, though? Mind frak.

Was that his voice? I couldn’t tell.
December 3rd, 2008 at 6:47 pm
It sounded like it, but after another few viewings, it might not be. It could be someone else’s voice, but it kinda has EJO’s deep raspy sound…
